«In a few areas, where our teachers and students still did not appear snow blowers», — reads the petition. «Besides, frost is expected tomorrow with a high of 14 degrees Fahrenheit and a low of 5 degrees, ice. We don’t want teachers and future minds of tomorrow have overcome these life-threatening conditions just to get to school.»

The snow had stopped Thursday night, but because of the wind the temperature felt at -10 degrees.

«Children can freeze, just waiting for the bus,» said one of the opponents of the restoration work of the schools on Friday.

Answer from city hall on the petition is not followed. Classes should take place as usual. Cancellation subject only to outreach activities (visits to museums, theatres, etc.).
