Manhattan restaurant opened for the homeless who have nowhere to sleep

The Manhattan restaurant opened its doors for homeless people who need a warm bed this cold winter.

If you ran on Saturday evening in the Turkish restaurant Ali Baba Terrace (at the intersection of 46th street and second Avenue) to at least warm up, you would see two people who slept in the lobby under the lamp for heating.

This is due to the fact that the restaurant owner, Ali Riza Dogan, decided to let all the homeless who are looking for a place to sleep, until the end of winter.

«We work hard, – said the Manager Mursel Ilker of Albosta. It comes from the heart».

Last year the restaurant has teamed up with the new York police Department (NYPD) and the society of the Muslim officers for the event: «no One should be hungry or lonely on thanksgiving».

Before dinner, the restaurant owner gave a speech to their guests, saying: «no Matter what religion we believe, what country we come from or what color our skin. We’re all human, and you’re my family».
