This weekend in solidarity with the LGBT community and in honor of the pride parade the most important building in new York will be covered in a rainbow light.
The office of Governor Cuomo announced that the spire of One World Trade Center and the new Kosciuszko bridge will be lit in the colors of the LGBT flag today. The action is timed to Trans Day of Action. On Saturday and Sunday, the spire of One World Trade Center will also be illuminated in the colors of the pride flag, and on Sunday new Yorkers will appreciate the unusual multi-color led lighting on the bridge Kosciuszko.

In turn, the mayor of new York bill de Blasio announced that this weekend, bright lights illuminate the hall. The building will also be decorated with the appropriate flags. Pedestrian crossings on Christopher Street near the Stonewall National Monument will be painted in the colors of the rainbow. Rainbow stickers will be placed along the entire route of the pride parade on Fifth Avenue between 36th and 24th streets.
