Manhattan bicyclist attacked the driver, jumped in the car and began to howl

The NYPD is searching for the unknown man who, on 18 January in Manhattan attacked the driver.

The incident occurred about an hour a day in Midtown at the intersection of E. 40th St. and Fifth Ave when 23-year-old driver (name not mentioned) was stuck in traffic. At some point his car was approached by a cyclist who suddenly shattered the front windshield and rear glass Bicycle lock.

Police have released the record, which shows the strange behavior of men. Suspect has long dreadlocks; he is dark-skinned. The last time I saw him, he was dressed in a grey hooded sweater, black jacket, black sweat pants, black sneakers. He also had a black backpack.
