The NYPD is searching for the unknown man who, on 18 January in Manhattan attacked the driver.
The incident occurred about an hour a day in Midtown at the intersection of E. 40th St. and Fifth Ave when 23-year-old driver (name not mentioned) was stuck in traffic. At some point his car was approached by a cyclist who suddenly shattered the front windshield and rear glass Bicycle lock.
When the driver got out of the car, inadequate man hit him on the head and back by the same instrument. According to the NYPD, the attack was unprovoked.
The cyclist then got on the victim’s car, where he began to make strange noises, like a howling. He raised his hands, as if praising the sun. Then he climbed down, jumped on the bike and disappeared.
Police reported that the suspect rode a black-and-green Bicycle and went to West on E. 40th St. According to 18:00 on 24 January, he still remains at large.
Police have released the record, which shows the strange behavior of men. Suspect has long dreadlocks; he is dark-skinned. The last time I saw him, he was dressed in a grey hooded sweater, black jacket, black sweat pants, black sneakers. He also had a black backpack.
