A convicted felon in Idaho will pass through the sex change operation at the expense of taxpayers ‘ money

On Friday, the Governor of Idaho has promised that his state will not pay for the sex change operation of a convicted person who had committed sexual offences, after the court of appeal held that the state is responsible for the provision of such treatments.
