NASA astronaut Christina Koch, who was in orbit for almost 11 months, in record time, landed safely in Kazakhstan.

Koch returned with the commander of the International space station Luca Parmitano of the European space Agency and Russian cosmonaut Alexander Skvortsov.

She has completed a 328-day mission during his first flight into space, giving researchers the opportunity to observe the effects of prolonged space flight on a woman. The study is important, as NASA plans to return to the moon program Artemis and prepare for the study of human on Mars.

Flight Koh has set a record for staying in space women.

Astronaut grew up in Jacksonville (North Carolina), and now lives not far from the Gulf of Mexico in Galveston (TX), with her husband Bob.

After preliminary medical examinations Russians said that all three of them, including Parmitano and starlings, who spent 201 days in space, are in good shape.

The crew will deliver Russian helicopters to Karaganda in Kazakhstan. Then Koch and Parmitano will Board the plane NASA, travelling to Cologne (Germany), after which the astronaut will return home to Houston.
