De Blasio wants to ban begging

The mayor of new York, which decriminalized the meeting small needs in public places, wants to outlaw begging.

Mayor bill de Blasio says he is so «annoyed» by people begging for money on the streets of the city, which intends to initiate the recognition begging illegal.

«I say this not as a politician. I say this as a man,» said the mayor on the air on WNYC radio.

«I just want to avoid it. I’m disappointed. This affects the quality of life in many ways.»

Unfortunately, De Blasio noted that he understands that there are constitutional safeguards that will not allow him to ban begging on a legal level, and expressed sympathy to those poor who are really homeless.

Position De Blasio shocked many, as just recently some of the offences also affect the quality of life, if not than smaller amounts was decriminalized.
