A resident of Fountain Valley, CA sued the manufacturer beer Heineken, as well as kmart Kroger. The plaintiff George Tube says that in a pot of beer, which he drank, had two dead Gecko.

The incident, according to the lawsuit, filed in the Supreme court , Orange County, occurred in August 2015.
