Caught one of 10 FBI’s most wanted criminals

Walter Eleanor: yovani Gomez, a member of the gang MS-13, was caught in Virginia this Friday. The FBI hunted for him for several years, and in April of 2017 made the list of 10 most wanted criminals.

«Gomez, an illegal migrant from Honduras, was arrested without incident in Woodbridge, 20 miles South of Washington» — reads the statement of the FBI.

Special agent Timothy Gallagher noted that the capture of Eleanor: yovani Gomez – a vivid example of cooperation between a vigilant public and law enforcement officers.

According to Gallagher, Gomez faces extradition to new Jersey, where he will stand trial on charges in the brutal murder and racketeering.

As told to prosecutors, the night after the party, Gomez and his accomplice, beat to Matuta with a baseball bat, stabbed him with a knife 17 times and slit his throat with a screwdriver. Sidekick was quickly detained, and Gomez, when the police tried to arrest him, jumped out of a second floor window and escaped.

President Donald trump has condemned MS-13 when he visited long island, where 17 murders since the beginning of 2016 are attributed to the members of the gang.
