The owner of one of restaurants with hot dogs in Berkeley (CA) named Top Dog employee fired after in social networks appeared a photo on which the last captured with other nationalists during the «white March» in Charlottesville. We will remind that as a result of riots during the «March» held on Saturday, killed three people, injured dozens.
In the photo the fired employee named Cole white is depicted with a torch in his hand during a meeting of white Suprematists and neo-Nazis. Published photos of a Twitter user under the nickname @YesYoureRacist appealed to the public with a request to identify a picture in a picture people. Responded argued that the photo shows white, who works at one of the restaurants in Berkeley.
Immediately on the door of the restaurant appeared bright orange sign where it was reported that white no longer works at the school. The restaurant management said that it did not support what was happening in Charlottesville. Later, the representative of the institution in an interview АВС7 said: «We respect the right of our employees to their own opinion. They are free to make their own choices, but they also must take responsibility for that choice».
Lawyer Melissa Kahn, working KPIX5 legal analyst, told media that Top Dog has a legal right to the dismissal of Wight.
