New York bicyclist opened fire on passers-by

On Saturday morning an armed man on a Bicycle stopped in front of a group of people standing on the street in Chelsea, and opened fire on them. As a result of incident there were no casualties, but three men were injured.

As stated by the representative of the police Department of new York, all three victims were located on 14th street near 8th Avenue, when a stranger on a Bicycle approached them and started shooting. The two men had been shot in the chest, once in the groin.

As stated by one of the witnesses who were in the shop nearby, he heard 4-5 shots, and when he went outside, saw lying on the ground wounded. According to police, one wounded was given medical help on the spot, the other two men were sent to the hospital.

Although the investigation has no obvious suspects in the crime, the police were going to investigate. Working theory of investigators is based on the hypothesis that the shooting men were targeted and the shooter was prepared for the crime beforehand.
