There is in the world building, which I want to look and look. One of these discoveries traveler and collector of experiences, will be a Miami apartment in Miami, which is well literally eye-catching.
Estate stylized Italian Villa of the Renaissance, surrounded by wonderful, lush gardens. Conveniently perched above the Bay Biscayne Bay Villa was built in 1916 year for the Chicago industrialist (and hardened europhile part-time) James Deering.
Mansion with 34 rooms, all of which are perfectly preserved and are in perfect condition, surrounded by acres of peaceful gardens in the European style, with fountains, a maze and sculptures, some of which boast a history more ancient than the main house (and even Miami).

During the Deering estate was equipped with the latest fashion and technology. It even has its own telephone switch, built-in vacuum cleaning system, elevators and fire sprinklers. The East Loggia looks out over the Bay, which is guarded by a vast telescope.
Another bonus of the Villa, however, is modern, is a caféthat offers delicious Lunches and on Sundays, and tea for two from 13:00 to 16:00.
The Miami apartment is quite common in popular culture. It was used as scenery for filming of many movies, such as «Tony Rome», «ACE Ventura», «Every Sunday», «Iron man 3» and others. Sam Deering at the time enjoyed watching silent films, special interest he had aroused by the work of Charlie Chaplin.

Has not bypassed the attention a Villa, politicians and public figures. For example, in September 1987, it hosted the meeting between us President Ronald Reagan and PopeJohn Paul II.
The Miami apartment is also an extremely popular location for weddings and other special events. For decades, the estate has attracted many photographers because of the scenic views, skilful architecture and inspiring architecture. From April 1994 the Miami apartment is included in the list of National historic landmarks of the United States.
