The cost of education in USA is growing from year to year, but this does not affect the desire of students to get the diploma and knowledge. And many parents regard the fees for the universities as one of the most worthy investment.
Graduates expect more from life, strive for a higher level, among them, fewer people with addictions, graduates are more often engaged in sports. Given these statistics, researchers from consumerersadvocate.org examined information on developments in the field of education in the top 200 cities of the country.
Data taken from the report of the census Bureau of the United States. The rating was calculated using information on education among individuals over the age of 25 in each of the larger cities of America. «Actual education» of each city, researchers were divided into «potential», and then translate the results to a 100-point scale.
«The actual education» — the value obtained by multiplying the number of adults (over 25) people with a degree, on the number of years required to obtain the necessary knowledge.
«Potential education» was calculated by multiplying the total number of adults (over 25) people to the number of years required for graduation.
