Companies INRIX published results of the annual survey Global Traffic Scorecard on the busiest, in terms of vehicles the cities of the world. These new — old picture: new york ranked «honorable» 3rd place, having conceded «gold» Los Angeles and «silver» — Moscow.
INRIX explores the situation on the roads in 1064 cities in 38 countries, including how much time the average driver spends over a year in plugs. So, in new York, the figure was 91 hours, Los Angeles — 104 hours.
In addition, according to the analysis, 4 out of 10 worst half of US are just in the Big Apple.
It is primarily Eastern section Cross Bronx Expressway (I-95). Every year drivers lose here, waiting in traffic jams, about 118 hours. (Compared with 2016 the situation worsened in 37%.)
