The mother scratched and bitten the pilot of the plane after she was not allowed to take on Board the stroller

In London the court of the dispute between mother and daughter with the staff of Swiss Air, who were not allowed to take the stroller into the cabin. The dispute escalated into a fight on Board.

According to the Prosecutor, the mother of Henrietta is also included in the cockpit and kicked the captain on the floor, pushed her daughter.

The fight was stopped by the co-pilot Friedrich Prieler, who told the court that, in accordance with the Tokyo Convention, the captain of the aircraft has a certain immunity to his plane if he has to protect the safety of passengers.
