Residents of Arizona called Armageddon , which witnessed last night, July 10.
Part of the state was covered with incredible force sandstorm, which here, as in the Arab countries, called the «‘re» — «blowing furiously». The ‘ re is associated with the rapid movement (up to 60 km/h) cold atmospheric front, which is formed ahead of the cloud in the form of a dust wall up to a height of 1.5 km and width up to 30 km.
But the one in the sandstorm for Arizona did not stop. On this day in the state was heavy wind, hail and torrential rain.
Drivers warned of zero visibility on the highway and the setting sun painted the sand storm in amber color, making the painting truly apocalyptic.

«One of those days when we had almost everything,» said meteorologist Brandon Wright from the Weather Channel.
Sandstorm flew over Phoenix and continued on to the South-West. Behind her the city was covered with storm.

In the months squally wind felled trees 15 centimeters in diameter, and the streets turned into real river due to heavy downpour. The storm traveled more than 320 km the storm Subsided around Yuma, near the Mexican border.

In copper state sandstorms are frequent, but the locals say: so powerful they have not seen. Now Arizona have to go to the car wash to clean the sand out of your cars. And meanwhile, weather forecasters promise to the state of new storms in the coming days.
Earlier, the giant tornado and looked like a UFO cloud was seen in the United States.
