In new York, Sunny weather will give way to thunderstorms

For heat and moisture in the North-Eastern States, including in new York, before the weekend for memorial Day followed by severe thunderstorms.

AccuWeather meteorologists are also concerned that storms can cause hail and destructive winds.

Cities that could be affected by storms include Cleveland, Columbus and Cincinnati (Ohio); Pittsburgh; Morgantown (West Virginia); Syracuse and Buffalo (new York). According to the National weather service in new York, severe thunderstorms will take place day and night.
