«Pray for us»: showed a video of the devastation and flooding, which gave the hurricane Dorian in the Bahamas

Frightening video of hurricane Dorian flooded social media on Sunday, 1 September, when the hurricane hit Abaco Islands in the Bahamas with life-threatening wind gusts of up to 220 miles per hour and storm surges up to 23 feet.

Dorian struck the archipelago at about 12:40 p.m. as the hurricane of the 5th category with sustained winds of 185 miles per hour and gusts of up to 220 miles per hour — making it the second most powerful Atlantic storm in history since hurricane Allen in 1980-ies.

One video from Instagram taken from a second floor balcony, shows that the entire street was filled with water, and gusty wind unleashes his power on trees and buildings. All cars parked on the street flooded as the first floors of homes.

Now «monster» is heading to the South-East coast of the US, but it is still unclear if Dorian «landing» on the continental United States.

The most recent models now show the storm curving around the coast of Florida on Tuesday, and then Georgia on Wednesday. So, on Monday, September 2, hurricane-force winds of the storm spread to a distance of 45 miles.

The national hurricane center warned about the growing likelihood of strong winds and dangerous storm surge along the coast of Georgia, South Carolina and North Carolina at the end of this week.
