Hurricane Dorian: a Resident of the Bahamas hid from the elements 97 dogs in her house

Chella Phillips sheltered 97 dogs from a shelter at home to protect them from a hurricane.

Chella is a Manager at a shelter for homeless dogs. On Facebook she posted pictures of her home and the room filled with dogs of all breeds and sizes.

«97 dogs in my house, 79 of them in my bedroom. she wrote Sunday — Last night was the perfect crazy, they defecated without stopping, but respected my bed and jumped on her.»

«We barricaded our shelter and outside, no one left. I turned the music on in all rooms and air conditioning. I took home those less fortunate others, and appreciate all your donations. They especially need scared and weak.»

Chella hopes that their island is not too affected by the hurricane.
