As promised forecasters, on Monday to Florida, got tropical storm Emily. To protect people from the consequences of disaster, the state Governor Rick Scott declared a state of emergency for 31 districts. However, advancing deep into the state of the storm quickly weakened, and in a few hours and even left the «mainland».

The people of Florida wanted to breathe a sigh of relief, but in the end, the cyclone was sent to the coastal regions of the heavy downpour. On Tuesday, just a couple of hours in Miami-Dade fell from 100 to 175 mm of rain, triggering flash floods.
