Weather in southern California: get ready for the storm and flash floods

In the coming days, in California it is not necessary to wait for good weather — precipitation is again as it should rinse the region.

Residents of the Inland Empire have already felt the full power of the storm, with its attendant attributes in the form of torrential rains and flash floods. Forecasters now suggest to prepare for the same troubles in the southern part of the state.

Wednesday late evening flash floods are possible in the valleys Antelope, Coachella, San Gabriel, Santa CLARITA, San Fernando, Apple valley, all over the County San Diego and in the mountains districts of Los Angeles and riverside. Appropriate warning remains in effect until 22:00.

In Los Angeles will be humid and muggy — temperatures will reach 31.5 °C, and the probability of precipitation is 20%.

The national weather service reports that this week’s storms are possible throughout the state and reminds that from-for high humidity heat is much worse.

Residents of the Inland Empire a little rest from heavy rains on Thursday and Friday it will be dry and hot — air will get warm until at least 38 °C.

According to weather forecasters, on the beaches of the Islands of Catalina and Santa Barbara, as well as the coast Los Angeles and Ventura may be unsafe: the height of the waves will reach 1-1.5 m.
