Coming to California’s hot as hell

While Texas is suffering from floods, California residents exhausted from the heat. Saturday in some regions of the state the temperature has risen above 41°C — the weather forecasters assure us that this is not the limit.

A record heat wave will cover the Golden state on Sunday, and at least until the environment here will last a hell of a fever.

The hottest weather is expected in palm springs (45-46°C), lake Elsinore (43-44°C), riverside (44°C), San Bernardino (43.5°C), Thermal (45°C), Ontario and Borrego springs (43°C). It is a bit cooler in Santa Ana (40°C) and Los Angeles (36°C).

Forecasters warned that extremely high temperatures can cause heat stroke. In the area of special risk — Ontario, San Bernardino, riverside, Hemet, lake Elsinore, palm springs. To prevent negative consequences to health, the locals recommend:

  • to drink more water
  • do not leave the house without a hat
  • to refuse to stay on the street from 10:00 to 16:00
  • closely monitor children, elderly relatives and Pets — in any case, not leaving them on their cars
  • in the presence of air conditioning, because in this heat the fans and open Windows will help cool the room.
