The head of the main missile and artillery Directorate of the Ministry of defence of the Russian Federation Nikolay Parshin has noted that «Buk», produced in Russia, in 1986, in the days of the Soviet Union — sent in the 223-th anti-aircraft missile brigade, which was stationed on the territory of Ukraine.
