Today, August 24, Ukraine celebrates Independence Day. The President of the United States Donald trump congratulated the President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky this important event for our country.
Trump noted that next year the US intends to work in partnership with the government and the people of Ukraine to promote reforms in the rule of law and fight against corruption. Also, the American leader assured that the US will help the Ukrainian government in strengthening democratic institutions and promoting economic growth.
«Ukrainian nation needs to realize its enormous potential, and the United States are proud to partner and support Ukraine on this path of change,» said trump.
Also his congratulations conveyed Zelensky Queen Elizabeth II and President of France Emmanuel macron.
