Man to set foot on a log, caught the crocodile, hit the predator in the nose and came out victorious from the fight

The brave man is clearly capable of anything to save my life.

42-year-old Elston Lami Lami from Northern Australia thought he was stepping on a log, wading in shallow water near the aboriginal community of Minjiang on Croker Island, near Arnhem Land. But the «log» turned out to be crocodile.

«I really climbed up and stood on the crocodile for 15 seconds, — said Lamy Lamy in an interview with Australian channel 9News. My cousin then yelled that I was standing on the back of the predator, and in the blink of an eye, the crocodile has me down. He began to take me and bite».

According to Elston Lami Lami, a crocodile with a length of from 12 to 15 feet grabbed his leg and dragged him into the water.

«I pushed him, kicked him in the nose three times, and he let me go, but as it turned out, briefly. He was biting my leg and groin,» added the man.

According to Lamy Lamy, he wasn’t going to give up, so tried to hold the gaping jaws of a crocodile with your right hand and the left began to beat him – and it worked.

«I just fought for my life,» said the man.

When the crocodile let go of Lamy Lamy, he was taken to community medical center Minjiang, and after the helicopter CareFlight was taken to hospital Royal Darwin Hospital on the mainland for a more thorough examination.

«He was in a stable condition, he could communicate with us, said the pilot parametricheskoi helicopter service CareFlight Jamie Humphries. — When you hear about the attack of a crocodile, you imagine the worst, but hope for the best.»

Lamy Lamy said that he was struggling because he thought about his two daughters.

«If not for my children, I couldn’t have done it».
