There is a 13 year old girl suspected to have beaten her older sister to death and cut the living baby from her womb, to give to another woman who wanted a child.
The girl, whose name was not called, made a savage attack on his 23-year-old sister, Fabiana Santana, that beating with an iron bar and stabbing her. The tragedy occurred in the city of Porto Velho, in the North-Western part of the country.
The girl also is accused of drowning her 7-year-old nephew Gustavo, who was trying to save her mother’s life.
«This crime shocked even the most seasoned police officers because there is evidence that it was premeditated, said a local police chief Lysiloma Carvalho. She told us that left Gustavo, who could not swim in the nearby lake, and then beat him with stones until he drowned.»

According to preliminary information, the girl had intended to give the baby to 35-year-old Katia Rabelo, who was pretending to be pregnant to her boyfriend married her. 15-year-old son Rabelo helped to carry out a terrible plan.
Fabiani body was discovered in a shallow grave three days after she went missing. The autopsy report indicated that she may have been alive when the younger sister used a knife to cut the baby out of the uterus. The body of 7-year-old Gustavo was found in the artificial lake nearby.

«The girl said committed the crimes out of revenge because they were sexually abused by sister’s husband and cruel treatment by Fabiani that didn’t believe her stories,» said the chief of police of Porto Velho.
