A dramatic rescue on a jet ski from the giant wave was captured on video in nazaré (Portugal) last week.
The drone recorded a two-minute video, which shows how a surfer Lucas «Chumbo» Chianca catch an incredible wave in the turbulent waters, and his friend, Ian Cosenza is waiting to raise Chumbo back to shore.
As soon as Chumbo binds himself and his Board to a jet ski Cosenza, behind them rises to approximately the 15-minute wave.
The world surf League, which released the video, called it «one of the craziest rescues they have ever seen».
Nazaré is one of the most professional surfing capitals in the world, which recorded numerous records surfers on the huge waves. Last year professional surfer Tiago Jacare fell from his surfing and was faced with four huge waves before his rescue on a jet ski.
Even the most experienced surfers know that it is impossible to escape from the raging sea. Andrew cotton has fallen from an 18-meter waves in Nazare, with the result that broke my back.
Last year he told The Post: «You can prepare 150%, but in the end, [you] can’t beat Mother Nature».
