A strange creature, half — alligator, half — fish, has caused concern of the locals when they found him on the walking path by the canal in South Wales (UK).
51-year-old Caroline brown was walking his dog near the canal in Risca (South Wales) when almost tripped over a strange creature — which is believed to be the Mississippi billfish.

It is unknown how the carcass of billfish was on the shores of Wales channel.

«I’ve never seen anything like this before, and even my dog Molly did not want to approach this. Coming closer, I realized that the smell comes from him, he was dead. I have no idea how something like this could appear in these places,» said Caroline.
The representative of the RSPCA (Royal society for the prevention of cruelty to animals) expressed concern that it could be an abandoned exotic pet.
«We urge anyone with information about this animal, contact us. Unfortunately, we too often see abandoned exotic Pets when owners cannot cope with their contents», — noted in the RSPCA.
