9 Oscar-winning films that already met the new rules

Recently, the American Film Academy set new rules that films that dream of winning an Oscar for Best Picture must meet. The new criteria, which are designed to level the chances of any minority in the film industry, will come into force in 2024. The Best Film should be about minority issues — or there should be at least 30% of its members and women among the actors, production and promotion group.
