The promotion on the organization's Instagram account has published a poster for the fight between Islam Makhachev and Rafael dos Anjos, which will take place on November 14 as part of the UFC Vegas 14 tournament in Las Vegas.
The fight between Islam (18-1) and former champion Dos Anjos (29-13) will be the main event of the tournament.
“The lightweight division is getting better and better,” reads the caption to the social media poster.
For the Russian, this will be the first fight since September 2019, when he defeated Davi Ramos, while the Brazilian will have his first lightweight fight since 2016, when he lost to Tony Ferguson. Then Dos Anjos changed the weight category, moved up to welterweight and had eight fights (4-4).
