Poll: did trump enough for the victims of Harvey

Overall support rating trump in General has increased from 40% to 43% compared to the previous week. But still the majority of respondents – 52% – disapprove of the job that trump performs as President.

Despite the lack of full support of activity of trump, other government agencies were more highly appreciated from the point of view of the measures taken after Harvey. 56% of respondents say that the Federal emergency management Agency is doing enough. And as much as 73% satisfied with the work of non-profit organizations, such as the American Red Cross. Almost two thirds – 65% – believe that the government of Texas has taken all possible measures for recovery after the disaster.

According to the survey, the lowest performance was that of Congress. Only 29% of respondents agree that the legislature is doing enough, while 43% have a negative attitude to the performance of public authority. This opinion is probably formed due to the fact that Congress has still not adopted a law on the financing of measures to provide assistance in case of natural disasters.

According to POLITICO, the survey involved 1 993 people. Admissible sampling error is 2%.
