In Columbus (Ohio) during his speech, arrested 38-year-old adult film star Stephanie Clifford, better known as Stormy Daniels.
As said by the lawyer of the actress Michael Avenatti on Twitter, Daniels was arrested today, July 12, about midnight. «The arrest was politically motivated,» — said human rights activist in his tweet.

In the next post in the social network, Avenatti said that the actress «allegedly allowed the client to touch it, being on stage.» The lawyer noted that his client be released on bail «shortly».
«We will vigorously dispute all the charges,» wrote Avenatti.

He also told NBC Newsthat the club were a number of undercover officers. Once a visitor touched Daniels, according to the lawyer, the police immediately arrested her.
