The former clerk from West Virginiawho lost their jobs once called the wife of the 44th President of the United States Michelle Obama a «monkey heels», pleaded guilty to cheating the Federal emergency management Agency (FEMA).
Last week, the 57-year-old Pamela Taylor has admitted to having improperly received benefits in connection with a devastating flood in clay County more than $18 thousand.
According to a press release of the Ministry of justice, Taylor said that her house was damaged in the floods and that she had to live in a rented apartment. In fact, as established by the state Commission on special investigations, with the woman’s house was all right.
Under the deal, the plea Taylor has agreed to return the illegally received amount. In addition she faces up to 30 years in prison and a fine of up to $500 thousand for fraud.
