One of the men, 23-year-old David sparks, was accused of desecration of a corpse and forgery of evidence. He was arrested and taken to the detention center Madison County Thursday morning. Sparks claims he’s innocent. The hearing will be held on Monday.

The names of other men with the video on the surveillance camera, the police were not called.
