Brooklyn trading network, which boasts its own restaurant, awarded three Michelin stars, is in talks about opening a new supermarket in Hudson Yards.
Brooklyn Fare, an upscale supermarket chain already has a branch in the heart of Midtown located near 431 W. 37th St., where can you find one of the most expensive restaurants in town , the Chef’s Table At Brooklyn Fare.
Currently, the concept of a new store in One Hudson Yards is kept under seven locks. Rumor has it that there will focus on more affordable products, which will be located in the hall with an area of 12,000 square feet. The new branch will combine a grocery store with a restaurant and outdoor area.
Exclusive broker Hudson Yards, Ross Berkak of Winnick Realty Group, declined to comment on the future opening of the supermarket, as well as subsidiaries of the developer’s Hudson Yards.
The restaurant’s menu, the Chef’s Table At Brooklyn Fare from chef Caesar Ramirez consists of dishes inspired by French and Japanese cuisines. The room itself can accommodate 40 visitors. The tasting menu consists of 12-14 dishes, mostly prepared with seafood at a price of $ 330 per person, which is an impressive amount. In addition to a set of several dishes in small portions, the cost of the tasting menu includes gratuity, but not taxes and drinks.
Other supermarkets Brooklyn Fare is located in the West Village and downtown Brooklyn.
