Nestle Ferrero sells a share of their candy business in the United States

Swiss group Nestle, the world’s largest producer of packaged foods, sells its share of the U.S. candy market of the Italian Ferrero. The transaction value is $2.8 billion.

This is the first sale of assets of Nestle to the Executive Director mark Schneider — and the first step on the road to changes that concern have yet to experience.
