On Tuesday police arrested a 32-year employee of the center for child care in the daytime, according to NBC New York. Police said that 4-year-old boy was found in a Park in Queens alone, without supervision, and employee of the center, which was supposed to follow him, waited 5 hours before reporting the disappearance of his ward.
The Park staff found the baby at 12:45, Tuesday at Juniper Valley Park. He was not wounded, physically and mentally I felt good, but couldn’t call the name of their parents.
Around 17:00 the 104th precinct posted a photo of a little boy on Twitter, asking members of the public to contact them if they know Amy.
An hour later the police reported that the boy’s parents were found.
And in the evening the family was reunited with their young son.
Police say that Amy was lost when the played hide and seek in the Park with Oscar, Jaramillo, at the centre for the care of children, and his daughter.
However, Jaramillo took the time to report a missing child. Now he is accused that he left the child unattended and exposed the threat to his health.
The father who took the boy from the police station, said his son «feels good. He lost, but the police found him. The boy walked away from his company in the Park.»
