On Saturday a resident of the city of Wichita, Kansas, during the cleaning of the territory near his house, noticed a suspicious concrete structure. It also alerted by the smell that emanated from her.

Last week, Evan’s mother was found and arrested on suspicion of otalkuser intervention in relation to parental care. And her 40-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of aggravated assault. Wanted child was not with them.
Lieutenant Jeff Gilmore of the Wichita police Department announced that the DNA results boy will be ready in the next two weeks.
