In the heart of Manhattan lit up some hatches

On Tuesday, in the afternoon in Manhattan suddenly, several wells communication on the road began to spew flames. The authorities reacted with lightning speed, the street in the incident area has been blocked: First Avenue was closed between 70th and 73rd streetsand surrounding alleys cordoned off. First floor and basement of the building at 1315 First Ave were evacuated as a precaution.
