Three guards Newark airport accused of rape

Three officers from the Bureau of customs and border control at International airport Newark liberty attacked two workers at the time of service.

According to the U.S. attorney’s office, 38-year-old Tito Katota, 40-year-old , Parmenio Perez and 32-year-old Michael Papagni was allegedly subjected to their own colleagues, «physical violence in the performance of official duties.» They are accused of a violent assault, harassment, intimidation and interference in the work of two colleagues.

According to the criminal complaint, the harassment began in October 2016. Papagni allegedly threatened one of his colleagues, hinting that the tables in the middle of the office known as «tables for rape, and one day he put (the victim) to him.»

In the second case, not done just threats. Three officers pounced on the victim, laid her on the table and committed physical and sexual violence. A second victim alleges that the three partners have committed a similar attack in November 2016.

In court papers stated that women were objects of «Masturbation» and other imitations of sexual acts.

«Such behavior would be abhorrent in any environment, especially in cases when you are an important function of law enforcement bodies», – commented the lawyer William Fitzpatrick.

Three of the defendants were members of a unit responsible for the detection of dangerous contraband and threats to national security. As reported abc7ny, they must appear this afternoon in Federal court in Newark.
