Seeing new friend home, the man raped her in Central Park

Monday, September 18, at about 21:00, two women were heading towards Central Park, when suddenly at the intersection of West 110 Street and Lenox Avenue, they were approached by a man.

It turned out that was one of them, which, in turn, introduced him to her friend. When it’s time to say goodbye, she asked the man to hold his new friend, 35-year-old woman to the house, and she turned in the other direction.

Some time later, after they went to the Park, the man suddenly stopped, took out a knife and began to threaten his companion.

Taking advantage of the helplessness of his victim, he made over her sexual assault. Having finished sexual intercourse, the rapist took over her purse and cell phone, then quickly fled the scene.

The victim went to the police described the offender as a 30-year-old brunette. He was dressed in a black shirt, tan pants, wearing brown shoes and carried on the back a black briefcase.

After reviewing records from CCTV cameras, police were able to find a fragment, which captured a wanted man. Here it is:
