Last night, November 28, police in Florida have arrested a 24-year-old, who is accused of a series of murders in Tampa.
According to the chief of police of Tampa Brian Dugan, the detainee – Howell Emmanuel Donaldson is charged with four murders in the first degree.
Residents were in fear since 9 October, when there was the murder of 22-year-old Benjamin Mitchell. Two days later, was shot and killed 32-year-old Monica Hoff. October 19 – killed 20-year-old Anthony Naiboa, November 14 – 60-year-old Ronald Felton.
According to the police, all the victims either came out of a city bus was waiting at the bus stop.
