At the baby shower in Brooklyn man shot his gun. His carelessness resulted in consequences: the trigger mechanism tripped and the gun went off.
The incident occurred on Sunday evening, December 3, Avenue Coney island to Kensington during the party, devoted to the birthday child.
The result of the shot suffered a 62-year-old woman – the bullet hit her in the leg. None of the children was injured, but, according to eyewitnesses, the scene was really bloody.
«On the floor was a lot of blood, – said the witness. – She (the victim – approx. ed.) cried a lot».
Police reported that the wounded were taken to the district hospital. According to doctors, she is in stable condition, and her injury is not considered life-threatening.
It became known that the perpetrator of the accident escaped from the scene. Law enforcement officials continue to look for him.
