The Procurator accused the man serving time in a French prison, the conspiracy whose purpose was the organization of the mass murder of Americans on 11 September 2001.
Authorities reported that 51-year-old German Christian Ganczarski planned the attack together with the founder and leader of the terrorist organization «al-Qaeda» Osama bin Laden and other senior representatives, including Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, who is one of the main organizers of the September 11 attacks and many others.
