Police investigating the terrible discovery that has astonished even the veterans of homicide in new Jersey. On the rails near the station the Jersey City-Journal Square pink suitcase was found the body of a little girl. The deceased was a 2-year-old girl from Virginia who went missing last summer.
The body of a small The MIA Plummer was found about 1:15 p.m. Wednesday, April 11, under the bridge Tonnelle Avenue at the end of Van Wagenen Avenue in Jersey city. The cause of her death is still unknown, but police are convinced she was killed out of state.

A week after the discovery of the body, April 19, FBI agents arrested the girl’s father, who had been hiding in San Juan (Puerto Rico). The suspect should be extradited to Hudson County.
According to the investigators, the girl was dead for several days before her body was found. Police say the girl was fully clothed, and her body wrapped in a blanket, no visible injuries.
