A new York teenager was killed in the Elevator shaft of an abandoned hospital

A study of abandoned buildings is of interest to many teenagers, but unfortunately, this hobby is dangerous for life. This convinced the friends of 14-year-old native of Port Chester, new York.

Tuesday after 8 PM boys climbed onto the roof of an abandoned hospital, and suddenly one of them fell down in front of their buddies.

At 20:30 on the scene the police arrived. After hearing the story of anxious teenagers, the police went in search of their friend. After 2 hours the boy found at the bottom of the Elevator shaft, located under the place where he fell.

The victim was urgently hospitalized, but it was too late — he died from his injuries.

The incident occurred at the United hospital in Port Chester on Boston Post road. The complex consists of several buildings — the height of some of them is up to 12 floors. All the hospital buildings have been decommissioned over 10 years ago, but for some reason they are still not demolished.

Currently, police are investigating the incident, and the local population wonders why the authorities do nothing and continue to endanger human life.
