The refusal infuriated Felix, who began to yell at the flight attendant and make trouble. His behavior responded to a freelance police officer who tried to reason with a violent man. Felix in anger threatened another passenger with death, saying that he was «drown it in blood«. Soon the argument escalated into a fight. It was able to quickly stop, and then inadequate customer calmed down.

Members of the crew, follow the instructions, reported the incident to the Miami airport. On the ground the plane was met by FBI agents and police. They detained Jason Felix, after which he was charged with misconduct and interference in the work of the flight personnel.
