Immigration and customs enforcement (US Immigration and Customs Enforcement – ICE) detained the wrong man, who planned to arrest. At least, so said the wife of the arrested, Marcia pines. Law enforcement agencies, in turn, denied this version.
According to available information, on Wednesday morning, August 15, the staff of ICE arrived at the house of the spouses located in Ossining (new York). The door was opened to them Marcia pines. The agents asked the woman, whether living at this address, a Louis, and received a negative response. Representatives of ICE even showed a picture which depicted a stranger to her man. Then the police said the woman, with whom she lives. Marcia had no hesitation in talking about her husband Carlos, Cachimbo, for which he also paid.
Hearing the response, the agents entered the house against the will of the mistress’s and arrested her husband. The woman alleges that the ICE officers did not give any explanation, or even used against her. After clashes with police at Pinos left the cuts and bruises.
