A man who twice fired the house in the Upper East side, surrendered to the police

Employees of the police Department of new York a week trying to track down the shooter, who fired twice at the Windows of apartments in a luxury residential complex on 72nd Street in Lenox hill (Upper East Side). However, tonight, August 24, he surrendered to the police.

Farris Koroma indicted on 2 cases of illegal possession of weapons, 2 cases of reckless behavior, putting people at risk, and 2 counts criminal damage. Now he is at Central Booking and, possibly, already will appear before the court. The accused has no criminal record.
