An extraordinary story with a happy ending happened in Washington. On 19 September there was a fire which captured the whole complex for the elderly. Rescuers evacuated more than 100 residents and promptly localized the fire.
However, the building was severely damaged and people were evacuated. When the complex arrived at by the expert Commission, which was to assess the structural condition, then randomly found locked in his own apartment man.

The chief of the local fire Department Gregory Dean has said: DCFD employees will not be punished for what they checked all the apartments. According to officials, under fire conditions it is very difficult to deal with finding people and organizing the evacuation.
